1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.sampsonjiujitsuacademy.com and any services provided by Sampson Jiu Jitsu Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, signing up for our trial, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Programs and Services

We offer martial arts instruction. Program slate, age bands, and class lengths are listed on our website at www.sampsonjiujitsuacademy.com/programs. Program schedules, class lengths, and instructor assignments may change. Current details are posted at the academy and on our website.

3. Trial

Our entry offer is the free trial class.

  • The trial provides access to age-appropriate classes during the trial period.
  • The trial does not auto-convert to a paid membership. No recurring charges are initiated by the trial.
  • After your trial, you are under no obligation to enroll.
  • Trial purchases are non-refundable once the first class is attended.

4. Memberships

Membership terms, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures are confirmed at enrollment. By signing a membership agreement, you accept the specific terms of that agreement, which control over any conflicting terms in this document.

Membership options, rates, and terms are provided at the academy and set out in your membership agreement. Booking a free trial class carries no obligation to enroll.

6. User Conduct

Visitors and members agree to follow academy rules posted on premises, treat staff and other students with respect, and follow safety instructions from instructors at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.sampsonjiujitsuacademy.com (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Sampson Jiu Jitsu Academy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Sampson Jiu Jitsu Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Martial arts training carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, members acknowledge and accept that risk. Specific liability terms are set forth in the membership agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sampson Jiu Jitsu Academy, its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
